Bourneville Furniture Co Limited - Warranty
This Warranty applies for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

1.1 BFG warrants that the Product(s) supplied in accordance with the client purchase order:
a) will be free from any major or significant defect in design, materials and workmanship;
b) will be fit for its designed purpose for use as office furniture or for which the products are commonly provided;
c) be of high quality commensurate with the type of product provided;

1.2 If for any reason this BFG product is defective due to defect in workmanship or a defect in materials:
a) BFG will repair or replace (at BFG’s sole discretion) this BFG product without further charge to the purchaser.
b) repair, at BFG’s option may include the replacement of parts with functionally equivalent reconditioned or new parts.
c) replaced parts are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.
d) BFG’s liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective product.

1.3 The warranty above is conditional upon and subject to the following:
a) the warranty does not extend to fair wear or deterioration due to heat, light, moisture,
force or pressure, contact with substances which may stain or corrode, exposure to outside weather, overloading or fabric failure.
b) the purchaser having properly used, cared for and maintained the product.
c) an accident, negligence or abuse caused by the purchaser or persons under its control;
d) Installation of the product having been carried out by a person approved by BFG;
e) the product being modified or altered by anyone other than BFG;

1.4 The Purchaser agrees that except as expressly set forth in this Warranty and to the extent that BFG is legally entitled to do so, all other warranties and obligations express or implied shall not apply.

1.5 Should any present or future legal provision mean that any part of these Warranty provisions
should become ineffective or contrary to law then that part shall not apply and be deemed to be omitted.
